Basic Terms and Conditions:

1. Your initial message will cost 50c. You will not be charged for the reply message.
2. No data charges will be incurred when accessing our microsite (Over WAP, GPRS or 3G). Accessing any site outside our microsite may incur data charges depending on the terms of your agreement with your mobile service provider.
3. Certain content on the microsite may incur specific charges. You will be notified of these charges before they are incurred and will have the option not to proceed.
4. Content charges are processed by means of a premium SMS. This will be sent to your inbox and your mobile account will be charged the amount indicated.
   Premium SMS charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
5. Connection speeds may vary according to your device and mobile service provider. Note also that certain handsets may be incompatible with the service or may not display images correctly.
6. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
7. Data obtained from you in connection with this mobile service may include your cell phone number, your service provider's name, and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you about this and other related services and to provide the services you request from us. You confirm that you are the owner of the device or have the permission of the owner to incur these charges. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental permission to incur these charges. You have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions and will pay all charges.
